Probably not a good time to start this...with it being the holiday season and all...but we'll start with an easy change that I'm certain everyone can do, even this time of the year.
DRINK WATER!
Although research varies, you can't go wrong if you drink 6 - 8 glasses of water every day. We need to consistently rehydrate the body to allow it to function properly.
At this time, I'm not going to tell you to avoid any specific food or drink (we'll get to things to avoid later), but in order to avoid confusion and too much discussion, do not count anything else as water, except water. For now, drink anything you want as long as you drink your 6 - 8 glasses of water every day.

10 Seconds to Being Healthy
Of course it takes more than 10 seconds to get healthy...but it only takes 10 seconds to teach you the three major issues to making your body as healthy as possible.
1. Eat right.
2. Exercise regularly.
3. Remove stress....both physical and mental.
I will be frequently returning to these three items in my future blogs. Almost all "health advice" falls into one of these three categories and its as simple as that. By the way...if you are given advice that does not help in one of these categories, it is likely bad advice.
As a challenge to you...try to think of a "healthy choice" that does not fit into my 10 Seconds to Being Healthy. I look forward to your comments.
